JUNE OUTING

By Rosemary Raughter

The Society’s June outing will take place on Thursday, 23 June. Our first destination of the day will be Airfield Estate in Dundrum, where we will have a guided tour of the house and a chance to view the gardens and vintage cars once owned by the Overend sisters. Lunch will be at Airfield, following which we will go on to the National Gallery, and a guided tour of the current exhibition of Leonardo da Vinci drawings from the Royal Collection.

The coach will leave Greystones (outside Allied Irish Banks, opposite the DART station) at 11.15am.

Cost is 35 euro, payable on the bus, to include transport, admission costs and lunch. To book, please ring Aileen at 01-2876416 as soon as possible.
