OUR WICKLOW WOMEN

To mark the 100th anniversary of the People's Representation Act of 1918 (which allowed women to vote for the first time) Our Wicklow Heritage is celebrating ‘Our Wicklow Women’.

We are inviting you to submit your stories of women  that have made a contribution to our local area, the county, the country or internationally. Women can be living or deceased and their contribution can be small or large, but one that has a significance to our community in County Wicklow.

Read more here and start sharing your story of Wicklow's Wonderful Women!
